If you order the optional mp3 CD, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Shipping is free. Audiobooks purchased at Better Life Audio but fulfilled by Amazon-Audible or another partner such as Authors Direct will automatically use their download service.

Can I copy the audiobook to CD?
